A refund, minus a $100.00 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations made by Dec 15, 2007. All requests for refunds must acknowledge an understanding of the $100 processing fee. Refund requests postmarked after Dec 15, 2007 will receive a voucher toward our next yoga conference valid for one year, non-transferable, minus a $100 processing fee. No refund or voucher will be given after Dec 30, 2007.

I understand that there are serious inherent risks with all physical activity and that when doing yoga, exercise routines or engaging in any similarly strenuous activity, I may suffer minor or serious injury or even death. I understand these inherent risks, and I assume all such inherent risks associated with participation in any activities in conjunction with the Collective Soul Conference and release the Collective Soul Conference, all employees, volunteers or agents from liability
